POS Solutions
Our POS solutions are as simple as POS front end for capturing sales to a full scale solution that allows you to capture sales, manage inventory, engage customers, track purchases, integrate to financials and give you a full view of your business through reporting and analysis.
ERP Solutions
Our ERP solutions are designed to allow you to automate workflows within the system to manage your financial, sales, inventory, purchase, manufacturing, HR and all other business processes via an integrated group of modules or apps. Our ERP solutions provide a complete view of your business allowing for thorough reporting and analysis.
System Design & Build
We perform a needs assessment before we recommend a system to you and determine how best to use the system's features to allow you to work at the optimum level. We then configure and build a solution that best caters to your needs.
Installation
We provide installation services including, network infrastructure, hardware and software needed so that when we are finished you are able to sell immediately.
Training
We provide role-based training for all users of the system based on the processes they will perform e.g. cashiers, inventory clerks, purchasing clerks, warehouse clerks, accounts clerks and managers.
Live Operation Supervision
Our team is on hand when the system first becomes
operational, to provide a level of confidence to users and to address
any issues that arise in that time period. This is over a period of 1
day to 1 week after the new system is deployed. We provide remote support as needed for a period of 3 months following deployment.
Support
Following deployment of the system, our staff remain available to provide support for any issues that may arise.
Integration to Accounting System
We are able to provide a complete solution by integrating the Point of Sale system to accounting software such as QuickBooks and Peachtree. This integration allows you to easily export sales and inventory data from your Point of Sale application to your Accounting application.
Software Development
Our team of developers have over 20 years' experience in application development and is able to create customized software
applications that are seamlessly integrated into your POS solution.
These applications provide additional functionality to your POS solution
and are developed to your specifications. Examples of software development include Purchase Order import, Import and Export to UNCTAD's Asycuda system.
Inventory Management Solutions and Services
Our staff can provide Inventory Management services from providing solutions to assisting with stock counts. Our Inventory Management solutions are tailored to your specific needs and aim to improve the processes within your organization.
